Urolithiasis

Prostatic hyperplasia

Mutraghata, is urinary obstruction from vitiated Apana Vata ± Kapha, causing weak stream, hesitation, and frequency, common in elderly. Treatment balances Vata using Uttara Basti, Matra Basti, Avagaha Swedana, herbs, and lifestyle changes

Nephrotic syndrome
